Eric Billingsley is the President and CEO of United Way of Anchorage\, where he leads collaborative\, community wide initiatives focused on advancing youth opportunities\, financial security\, healthy communities\, and operating Alaska 211. Under his leadership\, United Way Anchorage is driving measurable progress by reducing barriers and expanding opportunity for individuals and families across Anchorage.

\nAn Alaskan since early childhood\, Eric has a deep connection to the people and communities throughout the state. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning both the nonprofit and corporate sectors\, with a proven
\nrecord of strategic growth\, operational improvement\, and building high-performing teams. Throughout his career\, Eric has remained focused on delivering results while helping organizations and individuals reach their full potential.

Mike Jones works at UAA in the Institute of Social and Economic Research (ISER) as an applied economist. Mike is primarily focused on food systems\, food security\, and the impacts of transportation\, infrastructure\, and supply chain performance on economic development. \; His research involves collaboration across many natural and social science fields to examine complex impacts on markets\, the environment\, and society. \; Mike received his PhD in Economics from North Carolina State University and an MS in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University. \;\n
