DESCRIPTION:ONLINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED. Walk-in availability is not guaranteed. Please register for the Monday forums by 5 pm the Thursday prior.\n\n \n\n\nA Work Ready Alaska Conversation\n\n\n\nAlaska employers consistently cite the lack of work-ready applicants as one of their biggest challenges\, with many noting that new hires are entering the workplace without basic employability skills.
