As Program Director for Alaska Resource Education\, she leads statewide initiatives that connect thousands of students and teachers each year with hands-on learning about Alaska's natural resources and career pathways. She has a strong track record in building cross-sector partnerships\, securing funding\, and designing innovative programs that link education\, industry\, and community needs. Her leadership has been recognized through multiple honors\, including being named one of Alaska's Top 40 Under 40 and a Hero of Compassion & Service. Beki spends her free time with her husband and children hunting and fishing as well as volunteering for ADFG's hunter education and AK Afterglow's child loss support network. She currently serves on the Alaska Workforce Investment Board\, is past president for Velocity Alaska\, and serves on the Alaska Association of Career & Technical Education Board.
