Businesses are searching for the best way to respond effectively and compassionately to these challenging situations which include people experiencing a behavioral health setback\, substance misuse or individuals sleeping in front of businesses. Frontline workers have become more and more responsible for handling these stressful situations and not knowing who to call or what to do.\n\n\n\nThe Anchorage Chamber heard these businesses loud and clear and with a generous grant from the Rasmuson Foundation engaged Agnew::Beck Consulting to help develop an actionable\, scenario-based toolkit. The result is the Anchorage Chamber Community Care Kit: Best Practices for Responding to Community Members and Employees in Crisis.
