In this position the primary responsibility of the Eligibility Technician is to assist parents that are working or attending school - enroll or stay enrolled in a childcare assistance program.
As part of the information-gathering process, eligibility workers collect and interpret individuals’ information in interviews, through references, and by verifying personal and financial data.
Good customer service skills, attention to detail and organization are key to being successful in this position. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Reviewing applications and determining eligibility
This is a full-time position with pay starting at $18/HR hours are 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday.
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Must be proficient with MS Office/Excel/Word/Outlook
Background will be viewed
