The American Cancer Society is looking for a Cancer Control Strategic Partnerships manager. The responsibilities of this position include recruiting and training ACS program volunteers; liaising with hospitals, oncology clinics, primary care clinics and tribal health systems statewide regarding ACS programs and services; working with tribal health systems on a coordinated approach for cancer prevention and education within Alaska Native populations; working with hospitals throughout the state to achieve and maintain Commission on Cancer (CoC) accreditation; facilitating and convening coalition efforts on HPV vaccination education and awareness.
