Clinician ~Intensive Case Management
Full-time position providing assessment & treatment services to culturally diverse clients with severe & persistent mental illness. Treatment program targets individuals who have been chronically hospitalized and/or incarcerated. Services include day treatment/structured programming & support aimed at increasing client's life skills & ability to function in the community. Position will provide psychosocial assessments; treatment & discharge planning; individual, group & crisis intervention; clinical monitoring of case managers, oversight of client care; & applications for court-ordered mental status exams. Will work as part of a multidisciplinary team w/external treatment providers.
Requires Master' degree in Psychology or Social Work with mental health focus plus one year's experience and ability to develop & maintain satisfactory working relationships, written & verbal communication skills, & sensitivity to the needs of the population. Substance abuse experience and CDC, as well as experience with those who have sex offenses is preferred. Requires clean driving record. Computer skills required.
Salary range is $65,921 to $85,312 for licensed Clinicians and $51,176 to $66,229 for unlicensed Clinicians. Licensed Clinicians are eligible for a $10,000 hiring bonus, which requires a two-year employment commitment. The position is eligible for an annual incentive plan. Excellent benefits package includes health insurance, generous paid time off of 30 days after the first year, 10 paid holidays, and 401(k) with up to a 5% employer match and immediate vesting.
