Clinical Supervisor - Residential Services
We are looking for a full-time Clinical Supervisor for our Adult Mental Health Residential Treatment facilities, which provides residential treatment to address the needs of individuals who may have experienced severe mental health concerns, as well as institutionalization, hospitalization, or homelessness. Our participants have experienced chronic or multiple episodes of severe mental illness, co-occurring substance use, and often homelessness. A high degree of collaboration is critical for the team to successfully provide services 24/7 in a residential setting.
The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision to qualified master's level staff and clinical oversight to non-master degreed staff. May also supervise graduate student interns and evaluate/ coordinate student work with the university to maintain and improve the on-going student internship program.
Minimum requirements are a master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation counseling, or similar mental healthcare discipline; Alaska license as a Social Worker, Psychologist, Psychological Associate, or Professional Counselor; and must be eligible to become a licensed clinical supervisor in the state of Alaska. Computer skills required.
Salary range is $72,322 to $93,595 depending on experience plus the opportunity to participate in an annual performance-based incentive plan. Includes a $10,000 hiring bonus that requires a two-year employment commitment.
