IT Help Desk
Looking for an IT Service Desk Associate.
This position is essentially a HelpDesk position providing first level customer support assisting various departments answering, logging and resolving customer issues.
This is a virtual position working from home and will transition back to an in office position in the future. Applicants must have internet and a suitable work area free of distraction during work hours. Basic training will be provided.
An Associates degree in Computer Information Technology or relevant coursework preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are key to being successful in this position.

Pay is $15.50 per hour, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with 1 hour lunch
Requirements:
- One year experience and/or related education in IT
- High School diploma
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Background may be viewed
- Drug Free work environment
