Construction Superintendent

A general construction contractor/ here in the Anchorage area has an immediate opening for a Superintendent 

This position is responsible for managing assigned construction projects, providing assistance and support to other project management staff management of future construction projects and other duties as assigned.

Duties will include:

• Management of on-going construction projects 
• Support field project management staff 
• Subcontractor management 
• Maintain Owner communications, relationship 
• Develop, manage, maintain project schedules, proficiency with computers a must.
• Budget and cost responsibilities 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Excel 
• Procurement of materials 

 Full time position with pay starting at $32-$35/and hour 

Requirements:

• Drug Free workplace 
• Background Requirements will apply 
• 5-6 years’ experience in the construction field 
• 1-2 years’ experience in management
