Billing Admin

Immediately hiring a detail oriented and customer service minded Billing Admin for a busy Anchorage office.

Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and communication skills are key to being successful in this position.

2 years of office experience is required -Prior billing experience is a plus. Must be Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.


Job duties can include:

  • Answers phone and directs calls to appropriate parties.
  • Calls customers with follow up.
  • Prepares billing documents.
  • Processes orders/ does data entry using Excel.
  • Other office duties as needed.


This is a full-time hours Monday thru Friday with pay starting at $20-$23/HR depending on experience.



  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years relevant experience, prior account billing experience is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Background will be viewed.
  • Drug free environment
