A local promotional company is currently offering an Administrative/ Assistant position. This is an exceptional opportunity that offers room for growth and professional development.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide crucial support to all portions of the business.
  • Identify customer needs.
  • Research product.
  • Enter Orders.
  • Respond to customer and vendor questions
  • Build rapport and relationships with key customers
  • Complete AP/AR tasks in a proprietary software package.
  • Monitor office show room by keeping supplies in stock and organized.
  • Comfortable making cold calls for new clients.
  • Answer phones.
  • General clerical tasks.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 1 year of previous experience
  • Some college is preferred
  • Independent and build strong relationships skills
  • Organized, logical and confident.
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge in Social Media maintenance is a plus.
  • Motivated ability to support Sales and Customer Service Team.
  • Strong interpersonal selling and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Previous office and or sales experience.
  • Alaskan resident.
  • Works well under pressure/time-lines with minimal supervision
  • Outgoing, positive personality.
