For additional volunteer opportunities\, visit anchoragechamber.org/volunteer-opportunities.\n\n \n\n\n\n\nJoin the Young Professionals Group for a fun and meaningful volunteer opportunity as we come together to facilitate a festive craft event for AWAIC featuring multiple hands-on craft booths where kids of the AWAIC community can create their own holiday keepsakes.\n\n \n\nAs a volunteer\, you'll help guide children through a variety of creative activities including:\n\n Snowglobe making\n\n Cookie decorating\n\n Picture frame crafting\n\n And more fun\, festive projects!\n\n \n\nNo prior crafting experience is required\, just bring your enthusiasm\, patience\, and willingness to help create a joyful experience for local families. This is a wonderful way to give back to the community\, connect with fellow YPG members\, and be part of something truly special for local kids.\n\n \n\nWhat Volunteers Will Do:\n\n Help set up and manage craft booths\n\n Assist children with their crafts\n\n Keep stations organized and running smoothly\n\n Spread holiday cheer and encouragement\n\n \n\nThis is a rewarding\, hands-on volunteer opportunity that directly impacts families in the AWAIC community. We'd love to have you be part of it!\n\n \n\n Please RSVP to volunteer so we can plan supplies and booth coverage accordingly. A background check is required. RSVP deadline is December 11.\n\n\n\nDonate Items\n\nWhen survivors arrive at AWAIC's emergency shelter they often have few\, if any\, personal belongings. By donating essential items like clothing and hygiene items\, you are helping survivors take their first steps toward a safer future! Please bring your donations to the event.
