Prior to joining Northrim\, Douglas served as a Senior Anti-terrorism Policy Analyst for European Command Headquarters in Stuttgart\, Germany where he provided oversight and expert guidance in management of complex security related programs protecting over 37 military installations and locations against terrorists.   Prior to his service as a member of the civilian component of the Department of Defense\, Douglas honorably served on active duty for twenty-two years in the United States Air Force.  Douglas obtained an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelors of Arts in Homeland Security along with numerous specialized training certifications in his fields of expertise.
