In this role\, he has responsibility for the largest electric utility Alaska\, serving over 91\,000 members and more than 113\,000 service locations. In his more than three decades at Chugach\, Mr. Miller has held several key positions prior to being named CEO including Sr. Vice President\, Regulatory and External Affairs\; Vice President\, Regulatory and External Affairs\; Executive Manager\, Regulatory and External Affairs\; Director\, Regulatory Affairs and Pricing\; and manager and analyst positions.
