DESCRIPTION:This year\, the Anchorage Chamber held a series of Monday Forum presentations with the goal to educate its members on Southcentral energy issues.\n\n	\n\n	Phil Steyer\, director of government relations and corporate communications for Chugach Electric Association\; Joe Griffith\, general manager of Matanuska Electric Association\, Inc.\; and Jim Posey\, general manager of Municipal Light & Power\, will give industry updates\, discuss how natural gas affects regional electricity rates and what efforts are being made to keep power flowing through Southcentral Alaska into 2013.\n\n	\n\n	NOTE: This event will be at the Egan Center\n\n	____________________________\n\n	\n\n	Deadline to RSVP online is 5 p.m. Friday.\n\n	\n\n	Members: $22 ($25 at door)\n\n	Non-Members: $30\n\n	Students: $24\n\n	\n\n	New to Monday Forum?
