He has worked for the State of Alaska for nearly a decade\, serving under seven DNR Commissioners and spending time in the Nation's Capital as Director of the Governor's Washington\, D.C. office. He also served on the staff of the U.S. Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee and received his law degree from Georgetown University.
