This program will discuss the importance of investing in the health of our children and families through behavioral health integration in the academic environment and highlighting early intervention and prevention as a key strategy for increasing the health of our community through the pandemic and beyond.\n\n\n\nPLUS! Northrim Bank and the Alaska Army National Guard will sign a partnership agreement as part of the U.S. Army Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) program. This partnership provides employers access to a controlled flow of full-time employment candidates serving our state and country part-time. It provides Alaska's newest Citizen-Soldiers\, along with veterans entering the civilian workforce\, the opportunity to increase their prospects for potential employment. For over 30 years\, Renee has been a leader\, thought expert\, and professional in the field of behavioral health\, beginning in inpatient psychiatric settings\, long term psychiatric residential treatment\, and outpatient substance use treatment before transitioning to systems-level behavioral health integration. Her expertise includes adults\, children and treated family systems.
