Ian has worked in and around Alaska politics since returning home in 2003. He has spent much of his career focused on Alaska fiscal policy\, working for legislators on both sides of the aisle\, as well as Governor's Palin and Parnell. Having long obsessed over the current fiscal challenge\, Ian has worked to develop new public engagement tools with ISER\, and in 2016 spearheaded a crowd-funded grassroots campaign with the civic action group\, Our Alaska. In January\, Ian took over as the Executive Director of the Alaska's Future campaign.
