SUMMARY:Juneteenth Anchorage Citywide Celebration
DESCRIPTION:We are excited to hold Juneteenth Anchorage's Citywide Celebration again this year and look forward to returning to the park strip in the future once it is deemed fully COVID-19 safe. This year holding our event at Northway Mall will allow us to celebrate\, stay safe\, and socially distant with ample on-site parking for visitors on limited time and ensure all levels of attendees are comfortable.\n\n\n\nWe will have retail vendors\, food vendors\, and information and resource\, vendors. In addition\, there will be music\, entertainment\, a special social justice drumming circle\, and an interactive exhibit happening during the celebration hosted by CreativeRhythms LLC (the flyer is also attached)\, safe activities for the kids\, and community health information and COVID-19 vaccinations.
