Her career began at AWAIC as a practicum student and later included nearly a decade with the Alaska Department of Public Safety\, where she advanced survivor-centered policies and addressed the state's backlog of untested sexual assault kits. She also served as Senior Director of Programs at Covenant House Alaska\, supporting unhoused and at-risk youth.\n\nRandi holds dual B.A. degrees in Sociology and Psychology and an M.P.A. in Criminal Justice and Criminology.
