DESCRIPTION:The Anchorage Chamber\, with financial support from the Rasmuson Foundation\, is building a toolkit to help businesses respond to challenging on-the-ground situations with community members in crisis\, including unsheltered individuals congregating outside of a business or sleeping there at night\, people experiencing a mental or behavioral health crisis\, or people who are in need of resources but do not know where to go.\n\n\n\nThe Chamber hired Agnew Beck to facilitate conversations with local businesses and develop the toolkit. All Chamber members are invited to this roundtable conversation to share questions and needs for responding compassionately and more effectively to these situations.
