He is a subject matter expert on ACH\, Wires\, Corporate Card Expense Management\, Cyber Security\, Payment Fraud\, and Disaster Recovery Operations. He has experience in the coordination\, planning and support of call center operations and providing corporate support.  His team at First National Bank Alaska is responsible for ACH and Wire operations\, conducting administrator training\, and providing technical support and expertise to corporate clients.  Mike has 16 years of experience providing technical support\; 9 at First National Bank Alaska and 7 outside the banking industry.\n\n\n\n-------------------------------\n\n\n\nThis lunch-time educational seminar is geared towards business owners\, entrepreneurs and young professionals.
