She spent 12 years as a Community Relations Manager and certified Credit Counselor for Consumer Credit Counseling Service\, teaching budget\, credit and home buyer workshops in both English and Spanish. She is an instructor for The Florida Insurance School 29 years\, writing and teaching state-certified insurance CE (Continuing Education) Law & Ethics via webinar for life and health agents in FL and AK. She wrote a four-hour Annuity Suitability course for FL agents\, which she teaches via webinar. Karin has her own insurance practice\, dba MyPoMInsurance.com. Her focus is assisting individuals and families in life insurance\, annuities\, individual major medical and Medicare supplements.
