Through advising\, coaching\, and training\, she structures change management for success. Mary has developed online training solutions for companies as an internal & external consultant. As both a professional facilitator & trainer\, she consistently earns outstanding evaluation rankings from both learners & their supervisors for her approach to experiential learning. She has extensive skills in executive leadership & strategy development in small business\, higher education\, and complex\, large organizations. \n\n\n\nMary's formal credentials include doctoral work in Management of Engineering & Technology\; MBA with emphasis on marketing and organizational behavior\; MSLS (information science). Her current studies combine her experience in for-profit and nonprofit business with her research on the effects of organizational culture.
