For nearly 60 years, The Arc of Anchorage has been a family-focused, grassroots organization that provides a full array of disability services for Alaskans with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Alaskans we serve and their families are free to choose disability services that best meet their needs. The Arc is also the leading expert resource for the media, business and government about people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including their real abilities, their needs, and the barriers and obstacles they face in their quest to be fully included in society.
