Job Description

The Case Manager oversees the provision of services and supports to individuals in accordance with each individual's identified outcomes as well as The Arc's Mission Statement and Guiding Values. This includes developing each person's Habilitation/Treatment Plan, assuring documentation of all services provided, and assuring that services meet the goals and objectives as outlined in each planning document.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required: High School Diploma/GED. One (1) year experience working with or having direct life experience with people who experience intellectual or developmental disabilities. Valid Alaska driver license, clean driving record, proof of insurance, current TB skin test/health screening and the ability to pass a criminal background check.

Preferred: Associates Degree in social work, human services, or related field. Three (3) years’ experience working with or having direct life experience with people who experience intellectual or developmental disabilities.
