Job Description

This position is responsible for managing the central file room and extended storage spaces in accordance with established policies and procedures. This includes maintaining individual master files in accordance with agency, state and federal requirements. This position is also responsible for providing administrative support for the Corporate Compliance Officer and Compliance Manager. These duties include: organizing and maintaining administrative files, conducting audits, word processing, database input, and writing, designing, and editing of documents.


Required: High School Diploma/GED. One (1) year experience in records management/records maintenance. Valid Alaska driver license, clean driving record, proof of insurance, current TB skin test/health screening and the ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain Certificate in Employment Services.

Preferred: Associates Degree in a related field. Two (2) years’ experience in records management/ records maintenance.
